She is a Realtor with RE/MAX Prime and loves to travel to at least one new country per year! Food insecurity is something she experienced as a youth, and now is passionate to help our community give to those to might need a little extra help in these difficult times.
Tammy Armacost
I serve on the Sequim Food Bank board because I believe that no one in our community should struggle to access healthy, nourishing food. Hunger impacts families quietly and often invisibly, and I feel a deep passion to help create a system where every person- child, adult, and senior- has the resources they need to thrive. Throughout my adult life, service has been at the heart of who I am. From preparing after school meals for children in Mexico to supporting fundraisers across Clallam, Jefferson, and Kitsap counties, I’ve witnessed how much of a difference compassion and community support can make. My years working with local food banks, volunteer programs, and charitable initiatives have shown me that meaningful change happens when people step forward and lead with purpose. Professionally I have spent decades in leadership roles, and I understand how strategy, accountability, and strong governance support long-term success. Serving on the board allows me to bring experience into a space where it truly matters. I want to help strengthen partnerships, support sustainable growth, and ensure that our programs continue evolving to meet the rising needs of the families we serve. Most importantly, I serve because I believe in the mission. I believe in treating people with dignity. I believe in meeting individuals where they are. And I believe that when we come together- volunteers, donors, leaders, neighbors- we can build a more resilient and caring community for everyone. It is an honor to play a part in this work.
Gregory Voyles
I am Gregory Voyles, CPA, CFE, a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner and the owner of Rinehart & Voyles Consulting in Port Angeles. I grew up in Sequim and graduated from Sequim High School before leaving the area for college and government service, later returning home to raise my family. My wife and I now live in Sequim with our two daughters, and I am deeply committed to the well-being of the community that helped shape me. In addition to serving on the Sequim Food Bank Board, I currently serve on the boards of 4PA and Kitsap Alliance Football Club and previously served on the board of the Dungeness River Nature Center. My “why” for serving is rooted in both gratitude and responsibility—I believe strong communities take care of one another. Having experienced life away and then returning home, I value the importance of neighbors supporting neighbors and am honored to contribute my professional experience and personal passion to help advance the Food Bank’s mission of serving families with dignity and compassion.
SFB Employee's
Jen Colmore
Executive Director
Jen’s connection to the Sequim Food Bank began on her first day as a traffic volunteer. She immediately recognized something special in the community—visitors, volunteers, and staff alike: welcoming, grateful, and warm-hearted. She was hooked. Some months later, she joined the team as Community Engagement Coordinator. About a year after that, when the Executive Director position opened, she stepped forward for what she knew would be both a meaningful challenge and a privilege: leading this extraordinary team. She was right. While she now spends more time at a desk than she once did out in traffic, she is humbled and honored to be at the helm of this community and is delighted every day by the ways the organization continues to evolve—deepening partnerships, expanding creative solutions, and reflecting the extraordinary generosity of the Sequim community.
