You’ve told us that “fresh fruit and vegetables” are your favorite foods at the Food Bank.
We want to do all we can to help you enjoy those veggies, so on Monday, September 14 we are partnering with Nash’s Organic Produce and Pacific Pantry Deli for a special event!
- Choose your own fresh Nash’s produce,
- Enjoy a sample being cooked by a local chef,
- Take home a recipe and new ideas!
Food Bank visitors will still go home with the usual selection of dry goods, meat, dairy and bread. But you will also go home with some fresh, local produce grown just for you and (we hope) inspiration to add something new to your diet!
We hope to see you Monday, September 14th, 1 pm – 4 pm!
